Considering the heavy traffic occurring in the capital city of the country as a result of the natural disaster hitting Tbilisi on June 13-14, 2015, official cars deployed in the system of the Ministry of Finance are put on hold on the grounds of the Order issued by the Minister of Finance of Georgia on June 15, 2015. The temporary ban does not apply to ad-hoc and emergency response vehicles assigned as on duty cars.

In addition, H.E. Nodar Khaduri, Minister of Finance of Georgia urges every staff member within the MOF system to keep away from driving their personal cars in the capital city to let the emergency response actions flow smoothly.
