Milestone event for Georgia was held in Incheon, Republic of Korea today. Georgia was officially announced as a Host Country of the 57TH Annual Meeting of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for 2024.

Official reception held for the occasion was attended by over 300 high-ranking officials from various countries. Audience was addressed by H.E. Lasha Khutsishvili, Minister of Finance of Georgia and H.E. Masatsugu Asakawa ADB President.

As the Minister noted, holding such a wide-scale event in Tbilisi in 2024 is yet another significant step forward to be made by Georgia for showcasing its investment/tourism opportunities and implemented reforms towards its partners and investors.

Video presentation about Georgia was made at the event. Celebratory concert led by David Aladashvili included stage performances by the Georgian National Ballet Sukhishvili and Polyphonic Ensemble Basiani.
