To support the Government Securities’ Market development and manage liabilities efficiently, the Ministry of Finance of Georgia with the assistance and support of international financial institutions, from November 27 2019, is launching a new financial instrument – Buy-back operations.

The operation implies repurchases of treasury securities before its maturity date.

The buy-back operation will be executed through an auction with multiple price method.
