The Parliament of Georgia demonstrated its trust to the new composition of the government led by
Prime Minister, Giorgi Gakharia by 98 vote against nobody.
The legislative entity supported the state program the executive government, including finance ministry future activity is based on.

“We will have much more cooperation and shared information with the business. This is very important message, which was highlighted by the new Prime Minister during presentation of the state program for several times.” The Minister of Finance, Ivane Matchavariani declared in his statement made after announcement of the new composition of the government.

As he mentioned, the business is a driver of Georgian economics and the dialogue with the business will be more focused in future. The prime minister highlighted an efficiency of the government functioning.

“As Prime Minister mentioned we are entering into absolutely different phase of the dynamics, when decision making, as well as its implementation will take place faster, the tempo will be higher and you will see it very soon. As you know, during the recent years, we are improving our results in all the ratings and of course, this is due to the government. Though in the bureaucratic apparatus, in the bureaucratic system decision making dynamics and their implementation required regular improvement. Accordingly, I believe that we are moving towards comparatively active phase in this regard”, Ivane Matchavariani said.

As mentioned above we are starting a budgeting process when he will have the possibility to discuss 2020 plans in details.
